A batch (one received item in stock)

A batch is one item from a delivery, for example “Chicken breast, 10 kg, lot 4521”. Open it from Settings > Receiving > Batches. It shows the supplier, lot, category, quantity, the dates and days left, the delivery’s decision, temperature and door checks, the photos, the supplier’s papers that came with it, and the history of every change.

Swipe Swipe to mark as used at the bottom of an available batch. Used is final, so do it only when it is really used up. To use only some of it, tap Use part of it and type how much.

Tap Move to quarantine and write the reason, for example a suspected recall or damaged packaging. Nobody should use it until it is checked.

When it was checked and is safe, swipe Swipe to release. It becomes available again. If only some of it is safe, tap Release part of it and type how much; the rest stays in quarantine.

Tap Dispose, type the amount if it is only part of it, and write the reason (for example expired or spoiled). Owners, branch managers and supervisors can dispose.

Tap Return to supplier, type the amount if you return only part of it, and write the reason. Owners, branch managers and supervisors can return.

Yes, for quarantine, dispose, return, use and release. Type the amount (decimals with a dot or comma are fine). The part becomes its own batch linked to the original, and the original keeps the rest. Both show the move in their history.

Take it out of use, then dispose of it with a reason (or ask a supervisor). While an expired batch is on hand, the readiness score cannot go above 60%.

  • Available: used, quarantine, disposed or returned.
  • Quarantine: released (available), disposed or returned.
  • Rejected: returned or disposed.
  • Used, disposed and returned are final.

“This change isn’t possible for the current state” means the batch is already final.

The amount is 0, empty or larger than what is left. Type an amount above 0 and not more than the batch has.
