The Home screen
Home is the first tab. It shows today for the branch you are in: how ready it is, the next task, what comes later today, what to fix first and the latest temperatures. Staff see the tasks, the problems and the readings; the readiness score and the inspection row are for supervisors, branch managers and owners.
How do I switch to another branch?
Section titled “How do I switch to another branch?”If the restaurant has more than one branch, tap the branch name at the top and choose the branch. The one you are in has a check mark. A branch marked “Not set up” opens the setup wizard first (owner and branch manager); closing the wizard takes you back to the branch you were on.
What does the readiness score mean?
Section titled “What does the readiness score mean?”The big percentage is how ready the branch is today. It combines today’s tasks, the latest readings, open issues, stock dates, documents and allergens. Each part counts the share of its items in good order; a part with nothing recorded yet is left out. The bar under it shows today’s tasks done, left, late and readings outside limits. Tap Details for the score of each part.
Why is my score stuck at 60%?
Section titled “Why is my score stuck at 60%?”A serious problem is open: a reading outside the safe range, an expired batch, an expired document, or a high or overdue issue. While it is open the score cannot go above 60%. Fix and close it and the cap goes away.
How do I see the readiness trend?
Section titled “How do I see the readiness trend?”Tap the readiness card. It opens a chart of the share of tasks done each day, by week or by month.
What does “If inspected today” mean?
Section titled “What does “If inspected today” mean?”It judges the branch from its records the way an inspector would: licence, health certificates, fridge logs, stock dates, pest control, cleaning and more. It shows the most serious result:
- Would pass: nothing found.
- Warnings: an inspector would give a warning.
- Likely fine: a fine (money penalty) is likely.
- Closure risk: something could close the branch.
The small counts show how many of each were found. Owners and branch managers tap it to open Inspection and see what to fix. It does not replace walking the site, and the authority always decides.
How do I start the next task?
Section titled “How do I start the next task?”Under “Next up” tap Start. It opens the earliest task that is not done. When everything is done Home says “All tasks are done for today”.
What is under Later today, Fix first and Latest readings?
Section titled “What is under Later today, Fix first and Latest readings?”Later today lists the next tasks; a red Late tag means more than an hour past its time. Fix first lists open problems, the most serious first, with their due date; work on them in the Issues tab. Latest readings shows the last 5 temperatures, green inside the safe range and red outside it.
Why don’t I see the readiness score?
Section titled “Why don’t I see the readiness score?”Staff do not see the readiness score or the inspection row. They are for supervisors, branch managers and owners.
