About the app
Settings > About shows the app version, whether you are connected, when the phone last synced, the device, your restaurant and the branch you are working in. With more than one branch, a Branches row opens the branches overview. Support may ask you for the version number.
Which version of the app do I have?
Section titled “Which version of the app do I have?”Open Settings > About and look at Version.
Where are the open-source licences?
Section titled “Where are the open-source licences?”In About tap Open-source licences. It lists the font licence, and one tap further every open-source library the app uses.
Support asked for the app’s error log
Section titled “Support asked for the app’s error log”Open Settings > About and tap the version 5 times. “Problems on this phone” opens: the errors the app caught on this phone, with no personal data, each marked sent or not sent. They reach the team on the next sync. Clear the list asks first, because errors not sent yet would be lost. “No errors recorded” means nothing went wrong.
