The Settings tab
Settings is the fourth tab. Your profile card is at the top (tap it to open your own profile), then three groups. You only see the rows your role may use.
What is under Operations?
Section titled “What is under Operations?”Receiving (deliveries, batches and suppliers), Inspection (owner and branch manager), Readings, Period summary (owner, branch manager, supervisor), Papers (documents and allergens), Training and Calibration (owner, branch manager, supervisor). Cleaning, trip and cooking records are in Records, from the book icon on the Tasks tab.
What is under Restaurant?
Section titled “What is under Restaurant?”Team (owner, branch manager, supervisor), Activity log (owner, branch manager), Restaurant policy (owner, branch manager; supervisors can view), Branches (owner, branch manager) and Subscription (owner).
What is under App?
Section titled “What is under App?”Support (with a count of new replies), Notifications, Language, Sync status and About. The bell at the top of every tab opens the Inbox.
How do I change the language?
Section titled “How do I change the language?”Tap Language and choose English or العربية. The whole app switches, including right-to-left for Arabic.
How do I sign out?
Section titled “How do I sign out?”Tap Sign out and confirm. First check Sync status: records still waiting to be sent are lost if you sign out. To sign in again you need your phone number; a code is texted to it.
Why don’t I see some rows?
Section titled “Why don’t I see some rows?”Each row follows your role. For example staff do not see Team, Inspection, Calibration or the Period summary.
