Who this page is for: Owner
The owner opens Settings > Subscription to see the plan, its state (trial, active, grace period or view-only), when it ends and how much time is left.
When does my subscription end?
Section titled “When does my subscription end?”Settings > Subscription shows the end date and the time left. The app also reminds the owner 7, 3 and 1 days before it ends.
What happens when the subscription ends?
Section titled “What happens when the subscription ends?”Everything still works for a few more days (the grace period). After that the app becomes view-only: you can see all your data, but nothing new can be recorded or changed.
How do I renew?
Section titled “How do I renew?”Tap Contact support to renew and tell us you want to renew. Full access comes back as soon as the renewal is confirmed. You can write to Support even when the account is view-only.
Why does it say view-only with a reason?
Section titled “Why does it say view-only with a reason?”The reason is one of: the subscription ended, the account was deactivated, or the phone has not synced for too long. Renewing, or connecting so the phone can sync, restores full access.
